Yoga and Meditation

I have been blessed with initiation into Kriya Yoga and Meditation techniques. Practises of diaphragmatic breathing, stillness and relaxation all assist in developing concentration.
Meditation requires the very subtle paradigm shifts of the aspects of personality to alter to a more quiet, still place where one is able to be effortlessly instead of attempting to do or undo anything. As we practise mindfulness living becomes a moving meditation and prayer.
