I started dancing at the age of 3 and this formed one of the biggest parts of my life. All the movements that I teach now in yoga and pilates flow with grace and understanding from the many hours of discipline and training in all forms of dance from classical Greek, Spanish, contemporary, modern, jazz to classical ballet.

It was a major knee injury at the age of 14 that triggered the start on a journey to discovering Yoga and Pilates. It took 14 years to get there and I was guided every step of the way.
